In June 2013, I was diagnosed with breast cancer, had surgery, chemo, radiation and so far am cancer-free. With the help of family and friends like you, I made it through my battle but the fight is not over! Once again, I registered for the Komen Race for the Cure because I want to make an impact in the fight against breast cancer. One in eight women will be diagnosed with breast cancer in her lifetime and the more we raise, the more the Susan G. Komen Wisconsin can give back. Monies raised will fund vital breast cancer education, screening and treatment programs in our own community and will support the search for a cure. Please consider making a tax-deductible donation today in support of my fundraising efforts. I'm taking on the name "Warrior Chief" for this battle and continued campaign in raising funds.
My goal is to raise $8,000 for this important cause and I'm asking for your support. You can donate online with your credit card by clicking the button above my fundraising thermometer. Online donations are simple, the site is secure and all donations are tax-deductible.
If you prefer to mail a donation, print out the form below, make checks payable to:

Together, we are fueling the best science, boldest community and biggest impact in the fight against breast cancer. And we will not stop until this disease is gone forever. That’s our promise. Will you please join me in this fight by making a donation today?
Any amount that you can give will help. Thank you in advance – I truly appreciate your support!!.
